The film blow machine is used to produce PE bags or PE film.
Film Blowing Machine
The machine uses LDPE OR HDPE as material,after being heated, extruded, drawn and winded, the material become cyclindrical plastic film, through cutting and sealing ,the cylindrical film can be made into shopping bags or liner bag within woven bag, the film can be usde for agriculture film, field film and shed film after one-side or two-sides cut in the production processing. The screw and cylinder of extruder adopt 38CrMoA1A alloy steel and are done nitrogenation treatment.extruder and driving part adopts stepless speed regulation.
